Simon started working in the kitchen at the age of ten years old. Simon has learned the art of baking and pastry before emigrating to the United States of America helping his mother in the kitchen. baking and preparing various dishes. Most of baking and pastry goods are Maltese, Sicilian& Greek Dishes. The dough is mostly homemade.

Pastizzi is traditional Maltese pastry and once you eat it you want to eat more of it. It comes filled with Ricotta cheese, Pastizzi ta’l–irkotta  orPastizzi tal-Pizelli. Pea Cake. Our Kanoli is the best for sure. They are exquisite.

We bake traditional food, homemade, it’s not the quantity it’s the Quality of food. Customers deserve to taste real food that is made with fresh ingredients, traditional Maltese & Mediterranean dishes.
